PROMOTION REGULATIONS

Definitions

1. Consumer/Participant: Any natural person of legal age who, as the final recipient, acquires, enjoys, or uses the participating products.
2. Organizer: Belize Brewing Co. LTD., hereinafter “the company” or “the organizer”.
3. Prize: Corresponds to the prizes described below and can be obtained by purchasing a Belikin Beer, Belikin Stout or Belikin Light product, visiting Belikin.bz, and entering the 7-digit code from the crown.
4. Regulations: The set of rules and/or guidelines governing the promotion called “BELIKIN BYOB (Build Your Own Bash) Promo” contained in this document.

1. General Application Considerations.
   1. The Promotion Organizer’s office is located at #1 King Street, Belize City, Belize.
      
      1. Purpose: To provide an entertaining game allowing consumers to win beer for a year (52 cases), Belikin cooler bag, Belikin Bluetooth speaker, Belikin t-shirt, Naybaz $25 gift card, 1 case Belikin beer, 6 pack Belikin or Belikin opener.
      2. Participant: All persons of legal age who purchase the participating products below may participate in the promotion, provided that they comply with these Regulations (hereinafter called “participants of the promotion”). It is understood and accepted by all participants that by partaking in this promotion they know and voluntarily accept all of the terms and conditions, obligations and responsibilities as set out in these regulations.
      3. Winner: The individual who purchased a Belikin Beer, Belikin Stout or Belikin Light 284 ML product, who enters the 7-digit code located in the crown online at belikin.bz will indicate if a participant has won one of the specified prizes.
